Our primary concern is our customer’s satisfaction. We pride ourselves in carrying hard to find sneakers that require the utmost care. For this reason, we ask that customers request a return within two days of the original delivery date. Returns will not be facilitated if we are contacted after two days from the original delivery date. When returning customers MUST contact our customer service to receive Return Merchandise Authorization and return address.
We will gladly accept returns in brand new condition with the original box and all applicable accessories (e.g. shoe trees, retro card, original shoe laces, etc.). The shoes must not have been worn and no cleaning products applied.
We ask that all items be shipped via a method that can be tracked so you know when we have received your item back as we are not responsible for returned items lost in the mail. Returns without Return Merchandise Authorization will not be accepted. You are responsible for all shipping charges to return items back to us.
Any returns that are a result of your negligence in regards to the size or style you have ordered will be assessed a 25% handling and restocking fee. Please be certain you are selecting the correct size, style and colorway. We send a confirmation email for every order. Please ensure all the details are correct before we have shipped your order. Orders that are not delivered due to customers providing an incorrect address will be charged for re-shipping the order to the corrected address.
Once we have received your returned item, the package is opened and inspected. Upon confirmation that the item(s) have not been worn and/or cleaned in anyway, your refund is issued. All shoes are shipped with Standard Shipping included in your final price paid at a cost of $36.00 per pair. Therefore, ALL refunds are minus this Standard Shipping cost and any additional shipping cost paid.
Once processed, the funds are no longer in our account. Refunds normally take 7 business days to reflect on the cardholder’s account. However, the refund can appear sooner depending on the card issuers transaction handling time.
We are happy to facilitate exchanges as long as we still have the required item(s) in stock. Customers must request an exchange within two days of the original delivery date. When returning customers MUST contact our customer service to receive Return Merchandise Authorization and return address. Customers are responsible for all shipping cost related to exchanging merchandise.
